NTA CUET PG 2026 Application Window to Close Soon, Check How to Apply

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced a date extension for the Common University Entrance Test for Postgraduate (CUET PG) 2026. According to the official announcement, the deadline for CUET PG 2026 applications, which was originally set for January 14th, has been extended to January 20th.

For NTA, the revised schedule is as follows. The deadline to apply is January 20, 2026. The application fee is to be submitted by January 20, 2026. The correction window will be active from January 22 to January 24, 2026. 

How to Apply for CUET PG 2026?

Candidates can take the steps mentioned below to apply for the CUET PG registration:

• NTA can be accessed via nta.ac.in or exams.nta.ac.in/cuet-pg.

• They have to tap on the CUET PG 2026 registration link given on the home page.

• Following the registration, candidates are required to log in with the aid of Application Number and Password.

• They must provide correct personal and educational information.

• Applicants need to choose the test city and the program here.

• Scan documents and upload using the given format.

• The application brochure is received only upon payment of the application fee.

• Candidates should download and print the confirmation page. 

About CUET PG 2026

The CUET (PG) 2026 will be held for 157 subjects. The Examination would be conducted in 292 cities in India and 16 cities in foreign countries. It is the basis for entry into the postgraduate courses of the Central Universities (and other CUET participating institutions). Such as State, Deemed and Private universities. Programme-wise eligibility, subject combinations and time duration are provided in the Information Bulletin.

Applications will be accepted online only. Only one application form needs to be submitted per candidate. Multiple applications may result in disqualification. Candidates should keep their registered email ID and mobile number active. All NTA communications will be through these.
