NMC Finalised the Syllabus for NEET UG 2026; Check For Updates

The National Medical Commission (NMC) has finalised the syllabus for NEET UG 2026. However, NMC has confirmed that the syllabus has minor changes from the previous year (NEET 2025) curriculum.

NEET UG 2026: Exam Syllabus Details

The exam syllabus covers 79 chapters from Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, strictly based on NCERT Class 11 and 12 topics. Biology carries the highest weightage, followed by Chemistry and Physics. The important details are listed below:

  • Biology: 10 units, 90 questions, 50% weightage

  • Chemistry: 20 units, 45 questions, 25% weightage
