The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) releases the NEET PG 2026 scorecard with official answer keys. Candidates who appeared for the national-level postgraduate medical entrance examination can now access their detailed individual scores and response sheets via the official NBEMS candidate portal.

Following the initial results declaration on September 24, 2026, the download window for your NEET PG 2026 scorecard and comprehensive answer key opened officially on October 1, 2026.

Steps to Download Your NEET PG 2026 Scorecard

Candidates must note that individual scorecards will not be sent offline via post or email. To secure your copy, follow these steps:

1. Go to the official NBEMS website.

2. Select the 'NEET-PG 2026' examination section.

3. Click on the 'Applicant Login' link.

4. Enter your unique User ID and Password.

5. View, verify, and download your NEET PG 2026 scorecard for upcoming counseling sessions.

Important Download Window for Medical Candidates

According to the official NBEMS notification, the download link for the NEET PG 2026 scorecard will remain active on the portal for a strict window of six months from the date of release (available until April 1, 2027).

Medical aspirants must download and save multiple copies of scorecards,because they are mandatory documents of the whole process.

Evaluating Your Scorecard and Official Answer Key

The candidate-specific answer key dashboard provides a transparent breakdown of performance, mapping individual Question IDs against recorded responses and the finalized Answer Key ID. 

The final total on the NEET PG 2026 scorecard reflects a (+4) reward for correct responses, a (-1) penalty for incorrect attempts, and a (0) value for unattempted questions.
