NEET PG 2025 Round 2: The Choice Filling Concludes by December 9, 2025

The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has made an addition of 2,620 fresh seats to the NEET PG 2025 Round 2 seat matrix; thus, the total number of seats available has exceeded 32,000. The selection filling and locking procedure is now in progress on the official site, mcc.nic.in. , and it will be finished today, December 9, 2025.

NEET PG 2025 Round 2 Counselling: Important Dates

For the candidates, the form submission dates are as follows:

• Registration and Fee Payment: December 5-9, 2025 

          (Registration will end at 12 noon on December 9).

• Choice Filling: December 6-9, 2025.

• Choice Locking: December 9, 2025 (from 4:00 PM to 11:55 PM).

• Seat Allotment Result: December 12, 2025.

• Reporting to Allotted Colleges: December 13-21, 2025.

Steps Guide To Fill The Choices

• Candidates are required to log into the official MCC NEET PG counselling website (mcc.nic.in) with their NEET PG roll number and other necessary details.

• Go to the ‘Choice Filling’ section and, from the updated seat matrix, make their selections of preferred courses and colleges.

• You need to select options according to the desired priority.

• Candidates must double-check all the preferences very carefully and lock the choices between 4:00 PM and 11:55 PM on December 9, 2025.

• If the choices are not locked manually, they will be locked automatically after the deadline.

• You must take a printout for future reference.

Eligible Participants are: 

• Candidates not allotted a seat in Round 1 are eligible to participate.

• Candidates who resigned their Round 1 seat can also take part.

Candidates applying for AIQ seats for the first time are eligible to participate as well.
