LIC HFL RECRUITMENT 2026: 180 JA VACANCIES ANNOUNCED

LIC Housing Finance Limited (LIC HFL) opens applications for the recruitment of 180 Junior Assistants for the 2026 cycle. Aspiring candidates can submit their applications through the company’s official website until April 30. The official website of LIC HFL Careers Page. 

LIC HFL RECRUITMENT 2026: Eligibility  

The recruitment is open to graduates with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks. Applicants must be aged between 21 and 30 years as of April 1, 2026. Successful candidates will receive a monthly salary package ranging between INR 32,000 and INR 35,200, depending on the city of posting, alongside benefits like PF, Mediclaim, and performance incentives.

For the recruitment, this is a two-stage selection process:

1. Online Examination: Tentatively scheduled for the first week of June 2026, featuring sections on Reasoning, Numerical Ability, English, and General Awareness.

2. Interview: High-scoring candidates from the online test will be invited for a final personal interview.

There is a negative marking of 0.25 for every wrong answer.
