The NTA suggests that students update their Aadhaar card, UDID, and category certificates before completing the JEE Main 2026 application. Doing so can help students avoid errors or discrepancies during the application process.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced the exam dates for the 2026 JEE Main, covering both Paper 1 and Paper 2. Although registration is not yet open, if trends are similar to last year, expect it to begin around October 2025. Students can register online through the official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in.
JEE Main 2026 Session 1 is scheduled for January 21-30, 2026, and Session 2 is set for April 1-10, 2026. The NTA also stated that those who encounter Aadhaar verification issues during registration will have the opportunity to correct them, similar to the process last year. Students should update their Aadhaar card, UDID, and category certificates before the exam to avoid errors when filling out the JEE Main 2026 application.
