ICAI announces a rescheduling of the CA Intermediate January 2026 exam paper 5 for the smooth conduct of the exam. The exam, CA Intermediate Paper 5 – Auditing and Ethics (Group II), was scheduled for January 19, 2026 (Monday), now been postponed to January 31, 2026 (Saturday) at the same examination center.
The Exam Time is the same as the previous, that is, 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM IST (unchanged)

The existing admit cards will remain valid for the new exam date, as candidates do not need to download new ones.
The exam on January 31, 2026, will proceed as planned regardless of any public holidays or local holidays that may be declared.
The CA Intermediate and Foundation examinations will proceed according to their original schedule on January 20, 22, and 24 of 2026.
