HPCL Rajasthan Refinery Limited, a joint venture between Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited and the Government of Rajasthan, has issued the HRRL Recruitment 2026 notification.

The state-of-the-art greenfield refinery and petrochemical complex in Pachpadra, Rajasthan, is seeking to hire talented professionals for 129 regular engineering and executive positions, along with 5 Fixed-Term Employment (FTE) leadership roles.

HRRL Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications

Candidates looking for the latest PSU jobs must fulfil the following qualification benchmarks as of the cut-off date of 13 May 2026:

  • For Junior Executive Posts (E0): A 3-year full-time Diploma in the respective engineering stream or a 3-year B.Sc. with Chemistry. Higher degrees like B.E. or B. Techs are not eligible for E0 positions.

  • For Assistant Engineer & Engineer Posts (E1 to E3): A 4-year full-time B.E. or B.Tech degree from a recognised university with a minimum of 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates).

  • Experience Requirements: Entry-level E0 and E1 positions are open to freshers [2]. Executive positions from E2 to E5 require relevant post-qualification industry experience ranging from 3 to 12 years.

The HRRL selection process varies by grade level. For entry and mid-level positions (E0 to E2), candidates must clear a Computer-Based Test (CBT), followed by a Skill Test or Group Discussion, and a final Personal Interview. Senior-level engineering roles (E3 and E5) will select candidates based on resume shortlisting and direct interviews
