As of January 2026, the admissions for the MBA program at Delhi University (DU) for the 2026-27 academic year are now open. The university has announced that the annual fee for some of its specialised management programs will be Rs 57,279.

Fee Structure (2026-27) 

  • Annual Fee: Rs 57,279 for Indian Students who have taken admission in any of the three MBA programs offered by the university, namely MBA (International Business), MBA (Human Resource Development), and MBA (Business Analytics). 

  • For Foreign Students: Annual fee of USD 3,500. 

  • Application Fee: Rs 1,200 for General/OBC/EWS category and Rs 700 for SC/ST/PwD.

  • Eligibility: The requirements for the admission process include a finished bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks from a recognised university (a lesser percentage for reserved categories).

  • Entrance exam: Candidates should have taken the CAT 2025 exam.

  • Selection process: The selection process involves shortlisting for Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) based on CAT scores.

  • Department: The Department of Commerce at the Delhi School of Economics is the one that offers these particular programs.

Alternative DU MBA Options 

Faculty of Management Studies (FMS): FMS has a high return on investment (ROI), has a total two-year fee of roughly Rs 2.43 lakh for the 2026-28 batch. 

School of Open Learning (DU SOL): An open-learning MBA with a total two-year fee of around Rs 1,10,440 is also a good option.
