Admissions for postgraduate courses for CUET 2026 are now open, while admissions for undergraduate courses are expected to begin in early March 2026. The official website to check updates is cuet.nta.nic.in.

Registration opens from December 14, 2025, to January 14, 2026 (till 11:50 PM).
A correction window is available from January 18 to January 20, 2026.
Exam scheduled for March 2026.

Fees (up to 2 papers): General ?1,400 | OBC-NCL/EWS ?1,200 | SC/ST/Third Gender ?1,100 | PwBD ?1,000.
There are notable changes for the year 2026 that include:
Applicants will not be able to take more than 5 subjects (this is a drop from the past).
The subjects under the domain have been diminished from 27 to 23 altogether.
The examination will be conducted only in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode.
All the students who are either currently pursuing or have already completed their Class 12 in 2026 or have a Bachelor's Degree are eligible, irrespective of their age.
Uploads: 10–200 KB photograph, 4–30 KB signature, and a PDF document of the category certificate (50–300 KB), if any.
ID Proof: Present a current Photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, etc.) which is valid.
APAAR ID: The 2026 form is to have a 12-digit APAAR ID as a compulsory mention.
