The Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) 2026 is over for the February session. The exams were held on 7 and 8 February 2026 across India.
The exam provisional answer Key is about to be released between 17 and 23 February 2026. The official website is ctet.nic.in to check and download the answer key. Candidates can make the correction request as soon as the provisional key is released, for which the fee is INR 1,000 per question.
The final exam release date is in early March 2026.
To get the CTET certificate, the following are the minimum score requirements.
General Category: 60% (90 out of 150 marks).
Reserved Categories (SC/ST/OBC): 55% (82 out of 150 marks).

Applicant’s application Number and Date of Birth are the log in credential.
The CTET examination serves as the fundamental pathway that enables candidates to pursue their first government teaching positions throughout India. The candidates can apply for permanent and contractual teaching positions available in central government schools such as Kendriya Vidyalayas (KVS), Navodaya Vidyalayas (NVS), and Eklavya Model Residential Schools (EMRS).
