Coal India Announces 600+ Management Trainee Vacancies for 2026; Registration Details Here.

Coal India Limited (CIL) has released vacancies for management trainees and invited applications from the candidates. The eligible and interested candidates will be able to apply through the official website of Coal India Limited which is coalindia.in

The candidates will be able to apply for the online registration for this recruitment from 10:00 am, May 12, 2026 to 6:00 pm on June 11, 2026. A total of 660 vacancies are announced by the company in this recruitment drive. CIL has mentioned in the official notification that the date of computer based test will be declared later.

In the given notification it has also been stated that the vacancy has been declared in the Coal India for all the disciplines namely for Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electronics & Telecommunications Engineering, Geology, Industrial Engineering, Official Language (Hindi), Company Secretary. 

The vacancy is released for 660 posts, out of these vacancies forElectricalEngineering(221) posts have the highest number, followed byCivilEngineering(178) posts andMechanicalEngineering(145) posts.

Eligibility Requirements

Qualification: Candidate must have obtained a full-time degree in the concerned engineering branch, with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate. 5% marks will be relaxed for candidates of Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe and Person with Benchmark Disability (PwBD). Candidates in the final year of their engineering program, whose results will be declared by 31st August, 2026 are also eligible.

Age Limit: Age will be relaxed as per the Government rules for the candidates from the reserved categories; maximum age limit for Gen and Minority categories candidates as on April 30, 2026, is 30 years.
