CISCE Opens Online Registration for ICSE, ISC 2028 Exams

The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) has officially activated its online administrative modules on the CAREERS portal. The portal is now live for fresh registrations for the Class 10 (ICSE) and Class 12 (ISC) examinations scheduled for 2028, as well as final candidate profile confirmations for the 2027 board examinations.

School authorities must submit all candidate documentation digitally. Individual students and parents cannot register directly and must coordinate details through their respective school administrations.

CISCE Opens Online Registration: Strict Deadlines Announced for 2027 and 2028 Batches

The council has established rigid timelines for data entry, verification, and penalty-free processing:

• ICSE & ISC 2027 Confirmation: The standard window for correcting student profiles closes on September 15, 2026. A late fee window will open from September 16 through September 30, 2026.

• ICSE 2028 Fresh Registration: Standard registrations run until October 31, 2026. Late submissions with penalty fees will be permitted from November 1 to November 15, 2026.

• ISC 2028 Fresh Registration: The absolute deadline for Class 12 candidate registrations is November 15, 2026. No late submission window will be provided for this category.

Mandatory Verification Protocols for Schools

CISCE has instructed school principals to execute thorough audits of all student data before final submission. Reviewing officers must carefully cross-check:

• Legal spellings of student, mother, and father names

• Confirmed dates of birth matching official birth certificates

• Correct subject combination selections and stream codes

Discrepancies left uncorrected past the stipulated deadlines may result in candidate disqualification or heavily penalised correction fees at a later stage.
