BITS School of Management (BITSoM) is now accepting applications for its 2-year on-campus MBA program which begins in June 2026. They expanded the number of spots from 160 to 240 for the upcoming school year due to the program's popularity when it first started. This will be the 6th group of students for the main MBA program.
The MBA program at BITSoM is taught by top business college instructors from around the world. It includes Wharton, NYU Stern, Kellogg, Chicago Booth, the University of Texas at Austin, USC Marshall, Johns Hopkins University, and SMU Singapore. The visiting instructor model allows the syllabus to be current and flexible. It also includes courses that show how to use AI in business.
Unlike other MBA programs, BITSoM focuses on developing leadership and interpersonal skills through a unique program known as Winning at Workplace.
Dr. Saravanan Kesavan, Dean and Professor of Operations at BITSoM, noted that recruiters are looking for managers who know how to apply AI and similar tech to grow business. He also stated that BITSoM's updated courses and top global instructors are preparing future leaders for an AI-driven business world.
He stated that with a larger class in 2026 and more students will be able to benefit from BITSoM's unique approach to learning.
Consider the following when applying to the MBA Class of 2026–2028:
A valid test score (CAT, GMAT, or GRE – you only need one)
Your grades
What you did outside of class
Your leadership skills and how well you communicate
BITSoM seeks a diverse group of students with various backgrounds, jobs, and interests. You don't need work experience to apply. They welcome applications from recent graduates as well as those who have previously worked.
A bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited Indian or foreign university is required of applicants. Submit your online application by November 16, 2025, which is the end of Round 1.
