AAI Junior Executive Results Declared; Get Update Here

For the Civil & Electrical Engineering posts, AAI declared the results based on candidates' performance in the GATE. The Airports Authority of India (AAI) released the provisional results for the Junior Executive 2026 on January 20, 2026. 

This result list includes candidates shortlisted for the Application Verification process based on their GATE 2023, 2024, or 2025 scores. To download the results, please visit the official website at aai.aero. and AAI Recruitment Results.

Steps To Download The AAI Results

• Go to the official website homepage.

• Open the “Careers” or “Recruitment” section.

• Find and click “List of Candidates Provisionally Shortlisted for Application Verification Process – Junior Executive (Civil/Electrical)” under Advertisement No. 09/2025/CHQ.

• The PDF merit list will open on the screen.

• Press Ctrl + F and enter your Application Number or Roll Number to check your status.

For the successful candidates, the next step is Application Verification and Document Submission.

Application Verification Process

• Application Verification (DV): Shortlisted candidates must report for physical document verification at the Indian Aviation Academy, New Delhi; Civil starts from Feb 2, 2026, and Electrical is scheduled Feb 6–12, 2026.

• Call Letters: Download links or call letters will be sent directly to candidates’ registered email IDs.

Required Document for AAI 2026

The following are the documents for the next round.

• Identity Proof: Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Driving License, or Passport

• Academic Certificates: 10th & 12th mark sheets and certificates (for date of birth and English proficiency)

• Degree Certificates: Graduation/Engineering degree certificate with all semester-wise mark sheets

• GATE Scorecard: Valid scorecard for GATE 2023, 2024, or 2025

• Category Certificates: SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/EWS or PwBD certificates, if applicable

• NOC: No Objection Certificate from the current employer (for candidates working in Government/Semi-Government/PSUs)

These are the next round tests, expected to be held from February 2nd to February 12, 2026.

• Medical Examination: Candidates must clear the prescribed medical and physical fitness standards set by AAI.

• Final Merit List: Selection is based on normalized GATE scores of candidates who qualify for document verification and medical tests.

• Joining & Training: Selected candidates receive appointment letters and undergo 5–6 months of training at an AAI training center.

The final merit list is expected to be released by late March 2026 or early April 2026.
