Amrita University Online uses a fully digital platform and there is no need for any physical visits to the campus. Live classes are accessed by students, along with recorded lectures, e-library, virtual labs, discussion forums, and mobile apps through the AHEAD LMS. There are some rare immersion programs at Amrita campuses like Coimbatore for a hands-on experience.
The faculty comprises more than 2,000 members out of which more than 800 are PhD holders from the top institutions. Professors like Dr P. Venkat Rangan (Vice-Chancellor), Dr Maneesha Vinodini Ramesh, and Dr Shantikumar Nair use real-world cases and interactive sessions for teaching. They guide students for projects and future careers.
