In the educational Sectors, it has offered services in Pragati Maha Vidyalaya, PRR college, Asia Pacific Institute of Management, Delhi Public School-Gachibowli, Hyderabad, Sunderghar Public School, Sunderghar, and Birla Public School at Doha Qatar.
Mr. Ramprasad Varanasi comes from a respectable family of Teachers. His father Sri Ramanatha Shastri was a Principal of a Leading Public School, Rishi Valley Public School while his mother Mrs. Parvathi Ramanatha Shastri, was a Gazetteer HM of Govt. Girl’s high School.
Mr. Ramprasad Varanasi began his career in Teaching, a couple of years. He was managing the school's final standards where he proved how he can bring in Transformation of Teaching. Later he switched to the Pharmaceutical Industry where he worked for 30 years, rising to the level of Vice President -Marketing. He won laurels, building strong brands that were leading in Pan India and built strong teams that stood shoulder to shoulder in his efforts. Following this stint, he started Smart Trainers and Consultants in 2003.
He took to Teaching again in Professional collages at Hyderabad. He started the first chapter of Asia Pacific Institute of Management at Hyderabad and was its main Teaching faculty. He also managed Teaching assignments at various other collages.
Throughout his professional experience, Mr. Ramprasad specialized in the art of Interpersonal Relationships, a subject he took keen interest in and research. From pre pandemic to Pandemic and Post Pandemic period, he did substantial work on Interpersonal relationships and developed a simple test of statements that verify the qualities needed to Excel in Interpersonal Relationships. He has a knack to identify the behaviour pattern of people, and how they work in a group, lead a group, be affectionate in a group set up to develop and grow with the team, communicate effectively in solving Team’s problems and tackle various personalities, all that he has learnt and developed through his professional experience of 30 years and 20 years of experience in consulting.
He was managing the testing of IPRS, first manually and later worked with a Software firm In Hyderabad to make it an Online Testing model. Recently, he joined hands with Logic Well Technologies and redeveloped this Online testing tool XPRT- Excellent Personal Relationships. He has identified how to access the strengths and areas of improvement needed by the student to Excel in his academic assignments and develop a Transformative Personality to grow in their career, by developing themselves. He takes interest in each student giving personalized coaching for developing them to select the career of their choice and become successful professionals amidst the options available today for them.
