The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) notifies the Pharmacist (Bheshajik) Recruitment 2026 exam. With 564 vacancies, the commission has confirmed the examination schedule for candidates who applied during the March window.
Candidates must check the official portal at upsssc.gov.in. for the latest notifications regarding exam centres and admit card downloads.
After the closing of the online application form registration on 31 March 2026, the UPSSSC has fast-tracked the selection process. The Main Written Examination is scheduled to be held on 21 June 2026.

Shortlisting for these 564 posts is strictly based on the UPSSSC PET 2025 score. Only candidates with a valid, non-zero PET 2025 scorecard are eligible to sit for the Main Exam. Educational requirements include a Diploma in Pharmacy and mandatory registration with the U.P. Pharmacy Council.

18 to 40 years (as of 1 July 2026 or 1 January 2026, depending on the specific notification clause), with standard age relaxations for reserved categories.
Selected candidates will be appointed as Pharmacists (Bheshajik) in the Ayurvedic/Unani departments. The position offers a competitive pay scale under Pay Level-5 (Grade Pay INR 2800), with an estimated starting salary ranging between INR 29,200 and INR 92,300.
