UPSC Civil Services 2026 Notification: Expected Date, Exam Calendar Here

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) is likely to issue the Civil Services Examination (CSE) 2026 notification soon, after it was postponed due to administrative reasons. According to the UPSC examination calendar, the notification was to be released on January 14. 

However, the commission through an official notice confirmed the postponement, which states that notifications for the Civil Services Examination 2026 and the Indian Forest Service Examination 2026 have been deferred.

UPSC stated in its notice that the Indian Forest Service Examination, 2026 and the Notification of Civil Services Examination, 2026, which were supposed to be announced on January 14, 2026, have been postponed for administrative reasons. No revised date was given at that time.

The announcement may be posted this week on the official UPSC website, upsc.gov.in, although candidates are still awaiting confirmation, according to sources.

Once the notification has been released, candidates can get the notification by:

1. Visiting upsc.gov.in, the official UPSC website

2. Locating the What's New area on the homepage, located on the right

3. Clicking on the UPSC CSE 2026 Notification link

4. On the device, the PDF will be shown.

5. Examine the details provided in the notification.

6. Save the file to your device and, if necessary, print it out.
