During the first phase, practical examinations will be held from Jan 24 to Feb 1 in the divisions of Agra, Saharanpur, Bareilly, Lucknow, Jhansi, Chitrakoot, Ayodhya, Azamgarh, Devipatan, and Basti. During the second phase, from Feb 2 to 9, practicals will be conducted in the divisions of Aligarh, Meerut, Moradabad, Kanpur, Prayagraj, Mirzapur, Varanasi, and Gorakhpur.
Board secretary Bhagwati Singh has warned very strictly that if any school refuses or delays the practical examinations, then they will face very serious results.
He further stated that a school that fails to meet its obligations may face a three-year ban.
Practical examiners were given instructions to immediately communicate in writing to the District Inspector of Schools (DIoS) concerned and the additional secretary of the respective regional office if any school hampers the work.
Examiners should bring their appointment letters along with their Aadhaar cards to the examination centres. Examiners have to be present in the laboratory daily along with the principal and internal examiner during the examination session, and they have to upload photos and geo parameters through the mobile app.
Practical marks should be uploaded to the board's portal on the same day, and the answer sheets should be kept in a safe place for 1 year.
