UGC NET December 2025 Admit Cards Release Today, On December 27, 2026

The admit card for UGC NET December 2025 is anticipated to come out either today, that is, December 27, 2025, or tomorrow, i.e., December 28, 2025. The National Testing Agency (NTA) is set to issue the hall tickets 3 to 4 days before the exam scheduled from December 31, 2025.

Steps to Download the Admit Card

After releasing, applicants can easily take their hall ticket by following these steps :

• Access the official website of UGC NET,ugcnet.nta.nic.in. 

• On the main page, click the link named "UGC NET December 2025 Admit Card."

• Fill in your Application Number, Date of Birth (or Password), and enter the security pin (Captcha).

• Upload the details to see and save your admit card as a PDF file.

• Make a print copy to bring with you to the exam center.

Important Examination Dates

• Release of Admit Card:  Tentatively on December 27–28, 2025.

• Dates of Exams: The period from December 31, 2025, to January 7, 2026.

• Timing of Shifts:

• First Shift: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

• Second Shift: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Compulsory Documents To Carry

For the UGC NET December 2025 exam, the following are some essential guidelines to follow on the examination day. Students must carry the hard copies of these documents.

• Hardcopy admit card (2-3 color copies).

• One original and valid photo ID (no digital/photocopy).

• One passport-size picture.

• A transparent blue or black ballpoint pen.

Important Notes :

• City Slip: Available from Dec 21, 2025, to check the exam city before the admit card.

• Documents: Carry a printed admit card and a valid original photo ID.
