The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has cancelled the Multi-Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff (MTS) and Havaldar Examination scheduled for February 11, 2026. The first examination shift of the day was cancelled at designated testing locations.

The Commission released a notice stating that only specific locations have been affected. The candidates who lost their opportunity to take the exam will receive information about the new testing date. This will be followed by the requirement to get new admission documents.

The SSC MTS 2026 February 11 Shift 1 exam was cancelled at a few centres in Karnataka–Kerala Region (KKR), Central Region (CR) and Eastern Region (ER). The examination was cancelled because of unexpected technical and administrative problems.

The regional office in the Karnataka-Kerala Region KKR confirmed that multiple designated centres experienced technical issues. It resulted in the cancellation of the examination for all candidates who were scheduled to take it there.

The Eastern Region announced through a notification which examination sites would not operate for the Shift-1 examination on February 11 2026. The Central Region (Prayagraj) released a complete list of examination centres.

Candidates do not need to re-apply; SSC will release fresh admit cards with the new date, shift, and venue details on the official website ssc.gov.in. Aspirants should download their updated hall ticket and follow the revised schedule.
