The Department of Higher Education (DHE), Odisha, has released the Phase I counselling schedule for SAMS Odisha PG Admission 2026-27. Candidates who cleared the Common PG Entrance Test (CPET) can now submit their choices and update graduation marks on the official portal.
The online choice-filling and mark-up-dation window remains open until August 2, 2026. Eligible students must lock their college and course preferences online at samsodisha.gov.in.

Mark Verification: Candidates must enter their exact graduation percentages before locking seats.
Preference Reset: Changing your course category (Regular vs. Self-Financing) will wipe saved choices.
Seat Selection: After allocation, students must select Freeze, Slide, or Float options.
Document Deadline: Finalists must submit their physical graduation certificates within 30 days of joining.
