PSB LBO Eligibility Criteria & Experience

To be eligible for the PSB LBO 2026 notification, applicants must hold a Graduation degree in any discipline. Notably, this is a lateral entry role requiring a minimum of 18 months of experience as an Officer in any Scheduled Commercial Bank or Regional Rural Bank (RRB).

The age limit is set between 20 to 30 years as of March 1, 2026, with standard government relaxations applicable for reserved categories. The local language proficiency is a must for the applied state.
