Candidates can apply for the NSP scholarship for the 2025-26 academic year through the official National Scholarship Portal (NSP), scholarships.gov.in. The NSP scholarships application window for the academic year 2025-26 is open at different times for different schemes, usually starting in June and lasting until December.

The National Scholarship Portal (NSP) is a government initiative of India that provides a single online platform where all the government scholarship schemes for students from Class 1 to PhD are offered and managed. It is one of the components of the National e-Governance Plan (NeGP) and intends to give a "single-window" facility for the entire scholarship process, starting from application submission to fund disbursement.
