Discipline-Wise Vacancies and Eligibility Criteria

The NFL recruitment 2026 drive aims to fill 21 Management Trainee vacancies alongside various field positions. Candidates must meet the specific educational benchmarks and the age limit of 18 to 27 years as of 30 April 2026.

A minimum of 60% aggregate marks in the qualifying degree is mandatory for General, EWS, and OBC categories, while SC/ST/PwBD candidates require 50%.

• MT Marketing (13 Posts): Minimum qualification includes an MBA, PGDM, or a Post Graduate Degree in Agriculture.

• MT Finance & Accounts (3 Posts): Open to qualified CAs, CMAs, or full-time MBA Finance graduates.

• MT Electrical (2 Posts): Requires a full-time B.E. or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.

• MT Materials (1 Post): Open to engineering graduates or MBAs specialising in Supply Chain/Materials Management.

• MT IT (1 Post): Requires a B.E., B.Tech, or MCA degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
