The Nainital Bank has officially published its Recruitment 2025 announcement, letting the world know that a total of 185 vacancies are available for different job roles, including Customer Service Associates (CSA), Probationary Officers (PO), and Specialist Officers (SO), among others. The online application period began on December 12, 2025, and will close on January 1, 2026. Furthermore, the online examination is provisionally planned for January 18, 2026.

 Steps To Apply

• Take a trip to the website that is official website: www.nainitalbank.bank.in.

• Go to the Recruitment section and then click on Apply Online 

• Provide your details and create an account using a mobile number and email ID that are valid 

• Input the required details about yourself, education, and career 

• Attach the photo, signature, and documents that are needed 

• Make the fee payment online (?1,000 for CSA; ?1,500 for Scale I & II Officers)

• Submit the application form and print the confirmation slip

Eligibility Criteria 

The applicants should be Indian citizens and satisfy the age and education conditions at least as of November 30, 2025.

• Age Limit: Generally, 21-32 years for CSA and Scale-I Officers; some Scale-II positions have higher age limits (up to 45 years for Security Officers).

• Education: Degree/Post-Degree with a minimum of 50% marks; special posts require specific study areas (LLB, B.Tech IT, CA, etc.).

• Experience: It is not mandatory for CSA or generalist PO roles, but it is a plus for specialist and managerial positions.

There are 185 vacancies in total for different functions: 

• Customer Service Associate (CSA/Clerk): 71 vacancies 

• Probationary Officers (PO) Scale-I (Generalist & Specialist): 40 vacancies 

• Specialist Officers (SO) Scale-I: 47 vacancies (including IT, Law, Credit, CA, Risk, Agriculture, HR) 

• Managers Scale-II: 27 vacancies (including IT, CA, Law, Risk, Security)
