The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test (CET) Cell will release seat allocation results on December 4, 2025.
The CET Cell has posted the seat matrix for the Maharashtra AYUSH counselling stray vacancy round. Those who qualify can select their preferred programs and schools for this round through the official website (cetcell.mahacet.org) by December 3.
These seat allocations are for Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS), Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS), and Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery (BUMS) programs in both government and private medical schools in Maharashtra.
Applicants must complete the online form on the State CET Cell's website to be eligible.
Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) applicants can apply to government, corporation, government-aided, and private colleges. These applicants must have OCI status and have completed grades 10 and 12 in Maharashtra. They should have a Maharashtra residence certificate or have lived in the state for at least 10 years.
Applicants must submit certain documents for the Maharashtra AYUSH Counselling stray round. See the list of requirements below.

* A photo ID (Aadhar Card, Driver's License, PAN Card, or Passport)
* A duplicate NEET result scorecard

* Caste Certificate
* Caste Validity Certificate (CVC)
* Non-Creamy Layer Certificate
* Eligibility certificates for EWS applicants

* Defence Category Claim
* Person with Disability (PWD)
* MKB Claim
* HA Claim
* Orphan Claim
