Jharkhand Governor Highlights the Importance of Women’s Education at Jamshedpur Women’s University Convocation

At Jamshedpur Women's University, the Governor took the time to speak with students, encouraging them to tackle their careers with a sense of discipline and strong determination. He also mentioned that getting regular classes, well-organised exams, and prompt results are some of the university's main priorities.

Jharkhand Governor Santosh Kumar Gangwar addressed the graduates at the 3rd Convocation of Jamshedpur Women's University on Wednesday. He declared that educating women is truly the bedrock of any progressive society. Speaking to the students who were receiving their degrees, Governor Gangwar advised them to build their lives on a foundation of discipline, self-belief, and a commitment to continuous learning.

He reminded everyone that "Convocation isn't the finish line for education, but rather the start of a brand new chapter in life. He urged the students, "No matter what your career path is—education, the legal system, public service, science, launching your own company, or social work—let your success be driven by sincere passion, high moral principles, and a strong sense of duty. "Remember, opportunities don't just magically appear; they are earned through hard work and determination," he added.

As the university's Chancellor, Gangwar stated that his key priorities are. It includes providing quality education, maintaining regular classes, conducting examinations smoothly, and ensuring results are published on time. He expressed his hope that the women of Jharkhand will play an important role in helping the nation achieve the goal of becoming a developed India by 2047.
