Jamia Millia Islamia will soon launch a new online platform to handle student complaints about exams. It helps to make the process easier and clearer. This decision comes after many complaints about late results, missing mark sheets, and other exam problems.
With the new system, students can file complaints directly online, so they won't need to visit the administrative offices. According to university officials, this will improve the complaint procedure and reduce student wait times.
This change should also make the exam system more accountable, as departments must review and resolve complaints using a structured, digital process. Jamia expects the platform to speed up communication which makes it easier to track complaints and better support students during the result and grading period.
The university plans to launch the online complaint system which is a big move toward updating its exam management and improving student support.
