Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) has officially declared the active schedules for its centralized spot counseling, professional courses, and mandatory verification rounds for the IPU admissions 2026-27 cycle.

Aspiring candidates can now track the newly uploaded notices, seat matrices, and fee payment instructions directly via the official IPU Admissions Portal. The university has urged students to strictly adhere to the timelines to secure their seats.

Critical Updates for IPU Admissions 2026-27

The latest notice introduces crucial spot round tracks and administrative actions for multiple medical, technical, and management branches:

• Professional Course Schedules: Offline and spot counseling windows are now open for BHMS (Code 154) and MCA (Code 105). Additionally, final open-house counseling sessions have been activated to fill remaining vacancies in pharmacy programs, including D.Pharm and M.Pharm.

• Vacant Seat with Fee Refunds: To speed up the process, GGSIPU has streamlined the formal refund orders for seat withdrawal. This enables timely fee refunds for students who choose to withdraw from the ftn BCA, BBA, B.Com (H), B.Ed, and MCA courses.

• Forfeiture Warning: Seats allocated during these spot rounds require prompt fee payments online. Failing to pay the seat acceptance fee will result in immediate forfeiture of the candidate’s admission claim.

Mandatory Physical Reporting Details

A core component of finalizing the IPU admissions 2026-27 process is the mandatory in-person document verification. Candidates must present themselves at designated university venues according to their branch allocation:

• Dwarka Main Campus (Sector 16C): Managing core technical, management, and medical allied reporting.

• East Delhi Campus (Surajmal Vihar): Dedicated to students joining the University School of Automation and Robotics (USAR) and the University School of Design and Innovation (USDI).

• Required Dossier: Candidates are required to bring their printout of the provisional allotment letter, part-academic fee receipt, original academic marksheets (Class 10 and 12/Graduation), caste/category certificates (if applicable), and a valid medical fitness certificate.
