IGNOU Study Centre at MGCU Extends the Admission Deadlines; Apply Soon

Admissions for the January 2026 session at the IGNOU study centre in Mahatma Gandhi Central University (MGCU) have been extended till February 28, 2026. This extension applies to undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, and certificate programmes. 

The registrations are open for freshers as well as for existing students who can apply for re-registration with a late fee of INR 200. The registration process is fully online, with fees of 300 to 1000 INR, applicable as per subjects and courses.

MGCU-IGNOU Admissions 2026: How to Apply

• The official portal is the IGNOU Admission Portal for Open and Distance Learning (ODL) programs.

• For registration, you need to click on "New Registration" and create a user ID.

• Choose your desired program and select Mahatma Gandhi Central University (MGCU), Motihari as your Study Centre.

• Upload necessary digital copies, including your 10th/12th mark sheets, a recent photograph, and your signature.

• Pay the application and program fees via credit card, debit card, or net banking.
