The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) will be conducting its Company Secretary Executive Entrance Test in January 2026.
ICSI conducts its examinations for three different professional levels: CSEET, CS Executive, and CS Professional. The focus is on the forthcoming January entrance test and the December 2025 session results, which have just been announced, as of January 2, 2026.
ICSI examinations are held at three professional levels: CSEET, CS Executive, and CS Professional.
Already, the spotlight has shifted to the January entrance test and the outcome of the November 2025 session, as of January 2, 2026.
CS Executive Entrance Test (CSEET): The CSEET of January 2026 will be conducted via the Internet on January 10, 2026. The admit cards will be available for download starting on December 31, 2025. The exam will then change to a paper-based format and will be held three times each year starting from June 2026.
January 2026 Exam: January 10, 2026.
Mode: Online, remote proctored from home.
Admit Card: Available from December 31, 2025.
Format Change: From June 2026, CSEET will be offline and held in February, June, and October.
June 2026 Registration: Open till February 15, 2026.
CS Executive & Professional Programmes: The results of the December 2025 session will be announced on February 25, 2026, and the forthcoming exam cycle for the two levels will take place from June 1 to June 7, 2026, in the morning shift.
December 2025 Results: February 25, 2026.
Result Timing: Professional at 11:00 AM; Executive at 2:00 PM.
June 2026 Exams: June 1 to June 7, 2026.
Registration Deadline: January 31, 2026 (single module).
Exam Timing: Morning shift, from 9:00 AM to 12:15 PM.
