The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released the detailed IBPS PO Notification 2026 PDF for the Common Recruitment Process (CRP PO/MT-XVI). Banking aspirants can access the IBPS Apply Online 2026 Link starting today, 01 July 2026, to apply for 6,715 Probationary Officer and Management Trainee vacancies across 11 participating public sector banks.
The deadline to submit the online application form and pay the registration fee is 21 July 2026.

Online Registration: 01 to 21 July 2026
Application Edit/Correction Window: 2 days immediately following registration closure
IBPS PO Preliminary Exam Date: 22 and 23 August 2026
IBPS PO Main Examination Date: 04 October 2026
Personality Test & Interview: November-December 2026
Provisional Bank Allotment: January 2027
Candidates interested in the IBPS Probationary Officer Vacancy 2026 must satisfy the following minimum requirements as of 01 July 2026:
Age Limit: Candidates must be between 20 and 30 years old.
Educational Qualification: A Graduation Degree in any discipline from a recognised Indian university is mandatory.
Mains Exam Revision: The IBPS PO Mains exam pattern has been restructured into 170 questions totalling 200 marks, followed by a descriptive paper.
Introduction of Personality Test: A non-qualifying but mandatory Personality Test has been integrated right before the final Interview round.
Advanced Security Protocols: Registration now requires Live Photograph Capture alongside DigiLocker integration for direct document authentication.
To complete the IBPS PO 2026 registration, eligible candidates must first visit the official IBPS portal and select "Click here for New Registration" to generate credentials. The application process requires entering academic details, selecting bank preferences, uploading scanned documents (signature, thumb impression, handwritten declaration), and completing the category-specific fee payment online.
