Constable GD Recruitment 2026; Correction Window Opens Soon

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) opens the application correction process for the GD Constable Recruitment 2026 from 8 January 2026 to 10 January 26.

Applicants can edit or correct their application forms on the official SSC website on the mentioned dates. For correction and other updates, Applicants can visit the official website https://ssc.gov.in.

Including this, if any submitted application is unpaid till January 1, 2026, it will be rejected automatically. On or after the 3rd day of January, 2026, no further payments may be made for the earlier submissions.

Important Post-Deadline Dates

• Fee Payment Deadline:  January 1, 2026 (11:00 PM) was the last date to make payment.

• Correction Window:  Applicants can edit or correct their forms from January 8 to January 10, 2026.

• CBT Exam Schedule: The Computer-Based Test (CBT) is provisionally planned to start on February 23, 2026, and possibly last up to April 2026.

• Admit Card Release: The admission certificates are generally issued 4 to 7 days in advance of the exam date for each area.

• Selection Process: CBT, Physical Standard Test (PST), Medical Examination, and Document Verification.

• Salary Scale: Pay Level-3 ( INR 21,700 – INR 69,100)
