Education:
SSLC/10th pass with ITI (NTC/NAC) in the relevant trade for ITI Workmen posts
3-year Diploma or Degree for Junior Technical Assistant (JTA) and Draftsman roles
Experience:
ITI Workmen generally require a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in a shipyard or engineering company
Age Limit:
Maximum 35 years as of January 2026
Age relaxation applicable for SC/ST, OBC, and Ex-Servicemen as per government norms
