• Online Computer-Based Test (CBT): 100 objective questions (80% domain, 20% aptitude).

• Trade Test & Document Verification.

Selected trainees receive an INR 22,000 monthly stipend, with absorption into an INR 22,000 - 60,000 pay scale.
