Central Bank of India Specialist Officer Jobs 2026: Key Dates & Direct Link to Apply

The online registration process for recruitment to Specialist Officer (SO) 2026 posts of the Central Bank of India will close next week. Aspirants who have not yet applied can complete the application process via the registration portal.

The CBI is seeking to fill 250 Specialist Officer positions across areas such as risk management and technology through the current hiring process. The registration process for the vacancies has started on February 28, 2026, and ends on March 23, 2026.

Eligibility Conditions

The recruitment deadline is January 31, 2026.

The candidates should hold a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in the concerned discipline or a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from a university recognised by the concerned authorities for most posts.

The candidates will require 2-10 years of relevant experience for some posts (depending on the concerned post and scale) post-qualification. Preference can also be given to candidates with professional certifications in specific fields such as Oracle, Red Hat, VMware, Microsoft technologies, Spring framework or Cyber security depending on the position and scale.

The candidates must meet the nationality criterion prescribed by the Government of India.

Selection process

The candidates' selection will be based on an online written test and an interview. Candidates clearing the written test will be selected for the interview process.
