The CTET exam 2025 is scheduled for February 8, 2025, in 2 shifts. The Paper-1 will be examined in the morning session, while the Paper-2 is scheduled for the evening shift.
CBSC is soon to release the details for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) February 2026 session at ctet.nic.in. The details keep the information about the application form submission dates, eligibility criteria, and exam pattern.
CTET exams are conducted twice a year to select teachers for teaching in grades 1 to 8th in the central and state government schools, as well as for private schools that follow the central guideline to select a teacher.
CBSC will examine CTET on February 8, 2026, in offline (pen-and-paper) mode in 132 cities of India. The details are available on the official website ctet.nic.in. For registration, anticipated dates are November last or December first week.
For the primary level, Paper 1 is scheduled for the morning shift, and for the upper primary level, Paper 2 will be taken in evening shifts.
For registration, candidates need to upload the personal, academic, and other required documents including a valid ID, photograph, and signature, followed by an exam fee payment.
