It has been planned by CBSE to take the CTET on 8th February. Candidates are eagerly anticipating the issuance of the city intimation slip which will help them determine where they will seat for the exam and arrange for their movement early enough. The city slip is typically issued by CBSE ten days before the examination date as per the earlier trend. We expect the city slip release towards the end of the month in January last week.
All applicants should note that the exam city slip is for getting information on where the exam will take place. This slip is invalid if presented as an admission ticket. The central board of secondary education (CBSE) would provide download facilities of the examination admit cards on-line for four days before examination and after which the candidates themselves would have to download it separately.
Immediately after the issuance of CBSE CTET admit card/city slip, the applicants should head to the official website ctet. nic. in.
In the LATEST NEWS section located at the top of the website homepage, click on the Admit Card/City Intimation Slip link.
Type in your application number, birth date, security pin as provided and then tap on submit.
This will display your admit card/city slip that can be printed out after downloading it first.
CBSE will have 150 MCQs in Paper 1 and Paper 2. Each correct answer carries one mark since the papers have a maximum score of one hundred and fifty. The examinees have been given 2 ½ hours or 150 minutes to answer the questions in the examination paper.
It will take place in two sessions; the morning session for Paper 2 is from 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM while the afternoon session for Paper 1 runs between 2:30 PM and 5:00 PM.
