CAT 2025 LIVE Updates: 2.95 Lakh Candidates to Appear for MBA Entrance on November 30; Admit Card, Syllabus, and Exam Details updates

The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kozhikode will issue the CAT admission card to 2.95 lakh candidates. These admission cards can be downloaded from the official website at iimcat.ac.in The CAT 2025 exam will be conducted in three sessions across 170 cities nationwide.

The MBA entrance test will be conducted in three shifts in 170 examination cities. CAT 2025 scores are essential for IIMs and other participating institutes. IIM Kozhikode is the exam convener for CAT 2025.

Along with the admit cards, IIM Kozhikode will release a CAT 2025 mock test and a sample question paper to help candidates familiarize themselves with the exam pattern. The sample question paper will be available from November 12, 2025,  for CAT aspirants. 

As per the CAT 2025 exam pattern, the test will be computer-based and divided into three sections: Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension (VARC), Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning (DILR), and Quantitative Ability (QA). The total duration of the exam will be two hours, with 40 minutes allotted for each section.

As per the CAT 2025 marking scheme, candidates will receive +3 marks for every correct answer and -1 mark for each incorrect answer in the multiple-choice questions, while no marks will be deducted for unattempted or non-MCQ questions.
