The answer key of the Common Admission Test (CAT) 2025, which is released by the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kozhikode on behalf of the IIMs. It is expected to be released today on its official site at iimcat.ac.in.
IIM Kozhikode, the exam conducting authority of CAT 2025 will release the final answer key Today, 17th December 2025 on its official website. These final keys of CAT 2025 (tentative) will be used to evaluate the answers of the test takers and prepare the CAT 2025 results, which will be released soon after.
CAT 2025 took place across the nation on November 30 in gradual shifts. Candidates were allowed to challenge the provisional answer keys if they found any errors after they were released between December 8 and 10.
The CAT 2025 was conducted on 30 November in a multi-shift mode across the country.
The candidates could file their challenges after they were released with the provisional answer keys, between 8 December and 10 December in case of any differences.
As per the IIM Kozhikode, 187 objections in total were raised in the given time window for all three sections – VARC (Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension), DILR (Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning) and QA (Quantitative Ability), corresponding to all three shifts of the exam being held.
DILR: 11 objections over three shifts; no questions modified
QA: 115 objections in all; 1 objection from shift 1 sustained
VARC: 61 objections over three shifts; none sustained
In sum, there was only one justified objection to the Q.A. portion in Shift 1. No changes are made to the rest of the questions in any section or shift.
The IIM Kozhikode informed that all objections had been reviewed by subject expert panels formed for CAT 2025. After careful consideration, the institute concluded that the remaining challenges were untenable.
The final keys to be released today will be used as the basis for calculating scores and preparing results for CAT 2025.
