Admit Cards for document verification of the Staff Nurse recruitment drive (Advt. No. 23/2025) have been issued by the Bihar Technical Service Commission (BTSC). The said recruitment drive is aimed at appointment in the Health Department, Bihar, after clearing the Computer-Based Test (CBT) on merit.

 As per the commission notification, selected candidates in the merit list must report for Document Verification according to the scheduled timetable.

Document Verification: Time & Venue Details

Document verification would be conducted at the Commission's office in Patna. Candidates should appear at their respective schedules in the strict format as detailed in the admit card.

How to Download the Call Letter?

The call letter for summoned candidates to get verification can be downloaded from the website of the Commission by furnishing the candidates with their Application/Registration Number, Date of Birth and Registered mobile no. The verification during login shall be done using an OTP which will be sent to the mobile no. Of the candidates. No candidate shall be allowed entry without a call letter.

Revised Terms of Eligibility Conditions

The Commission revised the conditions of eligibility based on changes made in the Bihar Nursing Cadre Rules.

Minimum Qualification

General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) from an institution recognised by the GNM Council or a BSc Nursing Degree from a college recognised by a Nursing Council. Candidates with a B.Sc. Nursing degrees are also eligible for the posts. 

At the time of application, registration with the Nursing Council of any State or UT shall be compulsory. At the time of appointment, registration with the Bihar Nursing Registration Council shall be compulsory.

Documents Required at the time of verification

Candidates must carry their original certificates and two sets of self-attested photocopies. The lists of important documents are as follows:

1. Matriculation Certificate

2. Identity proof & Address proof

3. Academic Certificates and Mark sheets

4. Nursing Registration Certificate

5. Reservation proof certificate (if any)

6. Work experience certificate in the format required

7. Disability certificate (if applicable)

8. Proof of dependence on a freedom fighter (if applicable)

9. Online application form and a photocopy of a photograph
