AIBE 21 Registration Commenced From Today; Apply Soon

Registration for the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) XXI (21) for 2026 starts today. The last date of form submission is April 30, 2026, while the fee is payable till May 1, 2026.

The application correction window will open from May 01, 2026, to May 3, 2026. The official website is the Official AIBE Website to register and check other details. The exam date is June 7, 2026.  

To register, the application fee for general/ OBS is Rs. 3,500, while for SC/ST it is Rs. 2,500.

Candidates must have completed a 3-year or 5-year LLB degree from a BCI-recognised university. Final-year or final-semester students without backlogs can also apply. 

Most candidates must be enrolled with a State Bar Council, though some exemptions may apply for fresh graduates.

AIBE (XXI): Other Important Details

• Documents Needed: State Bar Enrollment Number (if applicable), LLB marksheet, and identity proof ready.

• For any technical glitch, applicants must try clearing their browser cache or using Incognito mode.

The AIBE exam is a mandatory requirement for law graduates to legally practice as advocates in India. The main purpose of the exam is to receive a Certificate of Practice (CoP) to practice law in Indian Courts.
