Madan Mohan Malaviya University (MMMUT) is a state government university located in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh. It was established in 2013 and previously known as Madan Mohan Malaviya Engineering College, which was founded in 1962.
It offers flagship B.Tech courses in 8 engineering specialisations along with programs like BBA, MBA, B.Pharm, M.Tech, MCA, M.Sc, and PhD. It is approved by AICTE and recognised by UGC. But many claim that Madan Mohan Malaviya University is fake, which is not true.

Madan Mohan Malaviya University of Technology offers various courses in engineering disciplines, management studies, computer applications, science, and more. Students have a range of options in terms of courses for graduation, post-graduation, or PhD.
In terms of its undergraduate programs, it offers B.Tech in disciplines such as Computer Science Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, and Chemical Engineering.

B.Tech applicants must pass Class 12 first. Physics, Chemistry, and Math need to be your core subjects. You also require a good entrance test score. MMMUT accepts results from its own test (MET) or the JEE Main exam.
For the PG program, you need to finish a bachelor’s degree in any field of study. You must have earned at least 50% marks overall. Students with valid GATE scores receive preference when applying for admission.
