The Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre (VSSC) has announced its 2026 Internship Programme (Slot INT-07) for technical students. The application time slot is open from 16 February 2026 to 16 March 2026, to which applicants can apply through the VSSC Internship Portal.
The internship program is on-site for science and engineering students in Thiruvananthapuram in the unclassified areas of the VSSC/ISRO facility.
The internship runs from 01 May 2026 to 31 July 2026, and interns must attend this for a minimum of 21 days and a maximum of 45 days.
Attendees will not get any stipend, remuneration, or financial assistance. After completing this internship program, students can leverage the experience for high-level technical careers.
This internship is open for B.E./B. Tech, M.E./M.Tech, B.Sc./M.Sc., Integrated M.Sc./M.Tech, BS-MS, and PhD in relevant science and technology disciplines.
UG (B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc): Open for 5th-semester onward.
PG (M.E./M.Tech/M.Sc): Internship open from the 2nd semester and above.
PhD: Must have completed coursework.
Minimum Marks: 60% aggregate or a CGPA of 6.32 on a 10-point scale.
Citizenship: Open only to Indian citizens for advanced research or specialised private-sector roles.
