UP Board releases list of 7,448 exam centres for 2026 Class 10 and 12 exams; objections accepted till December 4

The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) has released a draft list of 7,448 exam locations for the 2026 Class 10 and 12 board exams. This is an important step as over five million students get ready for the tests. The board's website, upmsp.edu.in, has the list of private, government, and private-aided schools from each district. 

Schools, students, and parents are required to check their assigned centres right away. The board is allowing objections until December 4, 2025. After that date, the final list of centres will be approved and released on December 11, 2025. 

According to the UPMSP's schedule, the 2026 board exams will be held from February 18 to March 12, 2026.

UP Board Exam Locations for 2026: A Provisional List for All of Uttar Pradesh

A preliminary list of 7,448 exam locations for the 2026 High School and Intermediate exams has been released by the Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP). This list includes state schools, schools receiving help, and private schools all over Uttar Pradesh.

The board created the list using infrastructure standards, CCTV availability, seating, and location guidelines released earlier in the year. The official site has PDFs for every district so that schools can compare their requests with their assignments.

The UPMSP is allowing objections to the provisional exam-centre list until December 4.

After receiving objections, local committees and school inspectors will review each one before making recommendations. The board stated that after December 4, 2025, no objections will be considered. The board will release the final list of approved centres on December 11, 2025.

What are students and educational institutions required to do at present, after the declaration of the provisional list?

UPMSP requested that schools go for immediate verification without delay. Hence, all the schools and students are required to do the following:

1. Get the district-wise centre list from upmsp.edu.in. 

2. Check the allotted centre with the data of the school submitted earlier. 

3. Inform of the differences before December 4. 

4. Have another look at the updated list after December 11. 

5. Additionally, if you are in the country and will need a considerable amount of time to travel, make sure you have the necessities ready in advance.
