The result shall be made available in the form of a merit list in PDF format that will include the roll numbers and names of candidates who are provisionally selected for Tier 2 examination.
The SSC CGL Tier 1 Result 2025 is a merit list released by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) that shows the candidates who have passed the first stage of the Combined Graduate Level (CGL) exam, called Tier 2.
Go to ssc.gov.in, the official website of SSC.
From the main menu on the homepage, go to the Result section.
Select the CGL option to see only the CGL results.
Look for the link of seleccionado de candidatos del Tier-I 2025 and click on it.
Get the result PDF file that is available on the page.
In the PDF, press Ctrl+F and search for your Roll Number.
Determine your qualifications by observing if your Roll Number is in the list.
Only for the Qualifying Stage: Tier 1 marks are not the final selection; candidates need to take the Tier 2 exam.
PDF Format: The result is published in a PDF file on ssc.gov.in, showing the roll numbers and names of the candidates who are selected.
Cut-off Marks: The SSC announces the cutoff marks for each category, and the candidates will have to get their scores equal to the cutoff marks to be considered qualified.
Scorecards: The release of the normalised scorecards on a section basis is done subsequently on the candidate's login portal.
Post-wise Lists: Distinct merit lists are published for various posts, like (e.g., Assistant Audit Officer/Assistant Accounts Officer, Junior Statistical Officer, and all other posts).
The candidates whose names are mentioned in the result PDF are eligible to attend Tier 2, which is the major exam.
The last selection and distribution of posts are based on the total marks obtained in Tier 2.
Qualified candidates of the Tier 1 exam will be eligible to appear in the Tier 2 exam, which is tentatively scheduled for January or February 2026.
