Tata Cummins Private Limited has opened applications for its Paid Summer Internship Program 2026 at its Jamshedpur plant, targeting B.Tech and MBA students. The program provides students with real work experience through its industrial training program with a stipend.
Aspirants can apply for the internship through the official website of Cummins India. The last date to apply is March 25, 2026. Applications are accepted via a Google Form or QR code, with selection on a "first-come, first-served" basis.
The SIP duration is different for Engineering and Management students. The details are as follows:
B.Tech (2-6 months, Jun-Dec 2026); MBA (2 months, Apr-Jun 2026)
BE / B.Tech: 7th Semester (3rd Year) students with a minimum of 60% and no active backlogs.
MBA: 1st-year students with a minimum of 60% in the previous semester.
Engineering students must have no active backlogs, while management students must be 1st-year students to apply.
The 2026 program is only for the technical and management streams. The program is specifically for the company’s employees' wards or referrals. The company has defined clear academic eligibility criteria for both B.Tech and MBA students to ensure that candidates meet the required selection standards. These requirements focus on academic performance, current semester status, and overall consistency in studies.
