National Thermal Power Corporation released a short notification for the highly anticipated NTPC EET Recruitment 2026. The state-owned power major is inviting online applications from qualified engineering graduates to fill 52 vacancies for the Engineering Executive Trainee (EET) post.

Vacancy Details and Disciplines
The current recruitment drive targets two major engineering streams [1]:
Civil Engineering: 27 posts (Advt No. 07A/26).
Mining Engineering: 25 posts (Advt No. 07B/26).
Education: Candidates must hold a full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech) in Civil or Mining disciplines from a recognised university.
Age Limit: The upper age limit is 27 years as of the closing date, with standard age relaxations applicable for reserved categories.
Selection Process: Candidates will be shortlisted on a short-term basis based on their performance and valid scores in the GATE 2025 examination.
Pay Scale: Selected trainees will receive an E1 grade salary structure ranging from INR 40,000 to INR 1,40,000 per month, along with basic allowances and allowances unique to NTPC.
